Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Pat salmon dry. Rub with oil and seasonings.
Place skin-side down in basket.
Air fry 7–9 minutes (no flip needed).
Salmon should flake easily.
Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Bone-In or Boneless)
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on or boneless/skinless)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
(optional: pinch of cayenne or chili powder)
Instructions (Skin-On / Bone-In – BEST for crisp)
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Pat thighs completely dry (very important).
Rub with oil and season all sides.
Place skin-side down in basket.
Air fry 10 minutes.
Flip skin-side up and cook 8–10 more minutes.
Internal temp: 170–175°F (thighs stay juicy at higher temp).
Instructions (Boneless / Skinless)
Preheat to 380°F.
Season and oil chicken.
Air fry 10 minutes, flip.
Cook 6–8 more minutes (165°F internal).


Frozen Air Fryer Fries (Fastest)
No oil needed
Instructions
Air fry at 400°F for 12–16 minutes
Shake basket every 5 minutes
Salt after cooking
